We are looking for a Document Controller in this key role as part of our QHSE team who make sure we consistently deliver work that meets our rigorous safety and quality standards. It's a great opportunity for someone who is familiar with document management within a quality management system. We're looking for someone who is detail oriented with a passion for precision!

And what will you do? You'll support the Quality Manager to ensure that project manufacturing records are compiled and maintained throughout project lifecycle, collaborating cross functionally to ensure document accuracy. Facilitating progressive document review, you'll be compiling and approving MRBs (manufacturing record books) throughout project lifecycles. When it comes to document registers, you'll control and maintain them, including the project welding database. Prior to customer inspections you'll compile and forward evidence packs to them. You'll review documentation status against project status as well as notifications of inspections. Reviewing internal inspection requests, you'll check for accuracy. Reports generated during manufacturing process will be collated by you to deadlines and you'll check that they are legible and retained within the MRBs. You'll complete and submit weekly status trackers.
