We have an interesting role for a qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent) someone who can bridge corporate and operations finance. If you’d be comfortable producing board / CFO quality reporting at Head Office in Delabole, whilst also being hands-on with the financial management at our Padstow facility, this could be for you.

So what will you do? In this dual role, you’ll provide high-quality financial reporting and analysis to the CFO whilst also managing the day-to-day finance activities of our operational facility in Padstow. You’ll combine your strong technical finance skills with a practical, commercially focused approach to supporting operations. You will be hands-on with general accounting like ledger work, payments, expenses, bank reconciliations, journals, accruals, prepayments, cards and general reporting to support cash flow etc. Also, you’ll be working closely with senior leadership, external accountants, auditors and the wider administration team on the preparation for statutory and reporting of statutory accounts. You’ll do payroll for head office employees and look after head office bill payments.
So what are we looking for? Experience with the day-to-day processing of accounts. If you’ve used Sage or Business Central that would be great! A qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent). Someone who pays exceptional attention to detail but also can see the bigger financial picture. You’ll need experience with statutory account preparation and working with auditors. We’re looking for someone who can work both within our team and when needed independently while managing multiple priorities. Discretion, trustworthiness and integrity is a must in this critical role.
