We are looking to hire One cleaner to join our team in Canterbury Region in New Zealand.
Job tasks and Responsibilities:
- Dusting ceilings, countertops, polishing furniture, fixtures, and light fittings.
- Applying necessary chemicals and solvents to surfaces in order to easily and effectively remove stain and dirt.
- Complying with all safety policies and procedures that are related to carrying out cleaning tasks.
- Carrying out cleaning duties with the aid of necessary equipment.
- Taking and handling special requests for clients or customers as required appropriately.
- Carefully handling and operating all cleaning machinery according to protocol.
- Identifying and reporting all safety equipment maintenance issues to the supervisor or management.
- Cleans floors, rooms, cabins including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming. dusting, burnishing, spot cleaning, glass cleaning, window cleaning etc.
- Remove rubbish, empty bins, waste bins, replaces liners.
- Sanitize appropriate areas as described in the job details.
- Polishing floors and maintain it as required
- Any other duties that may be asked from time to time
Candidate Requirements:-
- Be Honest and Reliable
Ability to work on Weekend's - Ability to work morning, afternoon, late night as per client requirements
- Be punctual
- Clean Criminal History
- Have an awareness and commitment to following all health and safety work practices
- Flexible with warking hours
- Ability to travel reliably to and from the workplace.
Experience or Qualification:-
Qualification or Work experience is not required for this role as full on the job training will be provided.
Hours and Position:-
It is a full time permanent position with minimum 30 hours per week.
