We're now opening our new site, and looking for a General Manager to help shape it from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-opening: Lead recruitment, induction and training for the full front-of-house and management team ahead of launch.
  • Work with the Group's People team and Head Chef to build rotas, service standards and SOPs specific to the new site.
  • Support fit-out, supplier setup, licensing and pre-opening marketing activity alongside the wider opening team.
  • Ongoing operations: Own P&L accountability for the site, ensuring financial targets are met.
