We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, extensive kitchen experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional food and service. As a vital part of our kitchen management, the Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily operations, ensuring food quality, and maintaining high standards of safety and hygiene. Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in supervising kitchen staff and managing daily food preparation activities.
  • Oversee food production to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met.
  • Lead by example in food preparation, cooking, and plating techniques.
  • Manage team schedules, delegate tasks, and support staff training and development.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the kitchen.
