About the role.

This role will be a part of the Development team and will support the delivery of Development Activities.

  • Business Communication: Has relationships with relevant functions to support the Development process activity.
  • Customer: Supports hospitality for customer and high-profile visits.
  • Facilities: Ensures kitchen facilities, hygiene and maintenance are kept to an agreed standard in accordance with the required health and safety procedures.
  • Product Development Cycle: Assists the team in the product development process, including producing samples to an agreed quality standard within the required timescales. Collation of ingredients, samples and packaging ensuring stocks are replenished and rotated. Supports the development function with shopping requirements.
  • Behaviours: Reliable, attention to detail, flexible, organised, diligent, conscientious, presentable, personally accountable, fast paced, resilient, alignment to BV value.
