Bakkavor is currently 1 year into a large ERP project, this project is creating exciting opportunities across IT and brings together a number of functions working collaboratively. What we do Bakkavor is a FTSE 250 listed business, with £2.2bn of revenue and is the market leader in the UK fresh prepared food industry. We supply meals, salads, desserts, pizza and bread to leading grocery retailers including Tesco, M&S, Sainsburys and Waitrose, and also have operations internationally in the US and China. About the role Team Management: Support and develop individuals and teams, set clear goals, provide feedback, and foster a collaborative environment where everyone works together. Product Management: Own the full product lifecycle, from concept to retirement. Develop product propositions, prioritise requirements, and maintain the product roadmap. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and enhance relationships with stakeholders, gather feedback, and drive effective prioritisation. Supplier & Performance Management: Monitor supplier performance, implement service improvements, and analyse performance data. Change Management: Identify business opportunities, conduct cost/benefit analysis, and prepare business cases for complex changes. Market & Customer Insights: Analyse market trends, user feedback, and data to shape product strategies and launch successful products. About you Expert in Network & Data Centre management. Experienced in the full Product Management lifecycle, with a strong grasp of business operations and product profitability. Skilled in stakeholder communication and influence, with in-depth knowledge of market concepts and rules and organisational processes. Brings project/change management experience in technology projects, is familiar with internal systems and supplier requirements, and has knowledge of SLA development. Known for strong commercial, organisational, and time management skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
