At Bakkafrost Scotland we breed, rear and process superior salmon in the pristine waters of the West Highlands and Islands. Our HR Business Partner is a hands-on role, helping translate operational priorities into people outcomes and driving excellence across our multi-site operations. You will work as directed by the Head of HR to coordinate the people agenda across specific business unit(s) adopting a proactive, partnership approach.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver HR partnership support across specified business units, translating operational priorities into people outcomes.
  • Coordinate the people agenda with a proactive, partnership approach, under the direction of the Head of HR.
  • Demonstrate strong ER case management experience and apply influencing and coaching skills to support leaders and promote best practice across the full employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Dynamic, energetic, experienced professional with ability to deliver results and balance changing priorities.
  • Strong ER case management experience; ability to influence and coach leaders.
