At Bakkafrost Scotland we breed, rear and process superior salmon in the pristine waters of the West Highlands and Islands. Our HR Business Partner is a hands-on role, helping translate operational priorities into people outcomes and driving excellence across our multi-site operations. You will work as directed by the Head of HR to coordinate the people agenda across specific business unit(s) adopting a proactive, partnership approach.

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic experienced professional who can deliver results, balance changing priorities, demonstrate strong ER case management experience, along with strong influencing and coaching skills to support and develop our leaders to promote best practice across the full employee lifecycle.
