At Bakkafrost Scotland we breed, rear and process superior salmon in the pristine waters of the West Highlands and Islands. As Senior HR & Training Coordinator you will be responsible for the effective coordination, delivery and continuous improvement across all HR Central services and activities, including recruitment and onboarding tasks and learning & development activities across the business. The role ensures the efficient administration across the employee lifecycle, while maintaining the integrity of all HR systems and supporting all managers.
Working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner, this critical role acts as the central lead for the HR & Training Services function, supervising the day-to-day activities of the HR & Training Services Coordinators and Administrators. The role ensures proactive, consistent service delivery, develops team capability, drives continuous improvement and promotes a high-performing, customer-focused HR service.
