Honesty Group is an independent hospitality business built around great coffee, fresh food and genuine service. Since launching in 2014, we’ve grown into a collection of cafés, pubs, farm shops and hospitality businesses focused on quality, community and strong team culture. We are now opening two new London café locations in Fulham and Kensington and are looking for a hands-on Multi-Site Manager to lead both sites and support the next stage of our growth.

The Role
We are looking for an experienced and operationally focused Multi-Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our two new London locations. This is a hands-on role where you will work as part of the rota across both coffee shops, supporting service, coffee, customer experience and simple daily food preparation alongside Supervisors and Coffee Shop Assistants. You will lead teams, manage standards, drive sales and help create a positive and supportive working culture across both locations. As the London business grows and additional cafés are opened, the scope of this role will expand with genuine progression opportunities into a wider Area Manager position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operation of two London café locations
- Lead operational shifts and support day-to-day service
- Recruit, train and develop teams
- Oversee the Management of rotas, staffing levels and labour performance
- Drive sales and customer experience standards
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and health & safety compliance
- Oversee stock control, deliveries, ordering and waste
- Support coffee service and simple food preparation, including fresh sandwiches and grab-and-go items
- Ensure sites remain clean, organised and well presented
- Support future site openings and operational growth within London
What We’re Looking For
- Previous multi-site, cluster or senior hospitality management experience
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience within cafés, coffee shops or fast-paced hospitality environments
- A hands-on leadership style and strong operational standards
- Commercial awareness and understanding of labour control
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Calm under pressure and adaptable within a growing business
- Passion for hospitality, coffee and customer experience
- Experience opening new hospitality sites is desirable but not essential.
