Customer Service & Operations Executive (Artisan French Café)

You will be part of a dedicated and passionate team serving esteemed customers in a vibrant artisan French café environment. Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

• Provide warm, professional, and attentive service tocorporate, walk‑in, online, and event customers

• Offer product consultation and recommendations, including value‑added information such asallergen awareness and dietary requirements

• Build genuine, long‑term relationships with customers and corporate clients

• Promote bakery products with confidence, care, and product knowledge (training provided)

• Ensure order accuracy, timely fulfilment, and high levels of customer satisfaction

Operations & Administration

• Support daily operations through adherence toSOPs, cost control, and productivity improvement initiatives

• Assist withorder processing, invoicing, stock checks, replenishment, and supplier coordination

• Manage and operatePOS systems, mobile apps, and laptop‑based applications

• Monitor and uphold high standards ofhousekeeping, food hygiene, and workplace cleanliness

Requirements & Attributes

• Strong customer service mindset with good communication skills

• Mature, dependable, and well‑organised with a professional attitude

• Able to multitask and handle both frontline service and operational duties

• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced bakery & café environment
