Bakerwell Ltd are looking for graduate to assistant ecologists to join our growing and friendly team at our Kent and Sussex offices. The Bakerwell team carry out surveys and design strategies, working with our clients to ensure conservation outcomes for biodiversity can be delivered. We work across the southeast, occasionally further afield, with much of our work within the Kent and Sussex areas.

What you will be doing:
- Be a core member of the Bakerwell team supporting our ecologist and senior team
- Helping to organise and carry out ecological surveys and produce a range of survey reports and plans including habitat and protected species survey reports and licence applications
- Work in collaboration with the team to design effective species mitigation and ecological enhancement schemes
- Liaise with organisations, site contractors and subâcontractors on behalf of Bakerwell Limited
