Having both a strong M&A tax practice, and a highly regarded tax planning, disputes and advisory team, the role will predominantly involve a mix of transactional and advisory work and will suit a person who has a broad range of experience in all areas of corporate tax. Given our emphasis on client service, the ability to provide clear advice while having a strong understanding of the commercial context in which that advice is given is of paramount importance.
