Overview
As part of Baker McKenzie’s Operations, you will safeguard data quality and system integrity for the firm’s New Business Intake. You will serve as a subject matter expert on data governance, ensuring accurate client and matter information in Intapp and related systems, while enabling a smooth onboarding and matters lifecycle. You will drive improvements, train teams, and deliver insightful reports and dashboards that support regulatory compliance and risk management. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to shape data practices for lawyers and stakeholders in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Ensure data integrity and consistency of client/matter data in Intapp Open and Intapp Conflicts
- Update key client/matter data changes in Intapp Open following maintenance protocols
- Identify data quality issues and escalate high-impact concerns
- Assist in creating training materials on data management best practices
- Liaise with stakeholders to document requirements and improve operational effectiveness
- Support NBI with technical/process improvements for data management
- Participate in internal testing when new functionality is introduced
- Develop and maintain data reports and dashboards to support insights
- Build relationships with Data Management Risk Systems team and stakeholders
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
- Strong analytical and research skills

- Good planning, time management and prioritisation
- Ability to work independently and liaise with other departments
- Advanced MS Excel and Microsoft Office; Intapp knowledge advantageous
