Overview
In this role you will support the firm’s financial reporting needs for internal and external stakeholders, turning data into actionable insights. You will build dashboards and reports using BI tools to drive informed decision making and ongoing improvements to reporting processes. You’ll work with cross-functional teams on FP&A, profitability, and other high-priority initiatives, delivering timely insights within SLAs. This position combines finance, analytics, and data architecture to enable strategic planning. You will join a diverse, inclusive culture that values data-driven impact and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Interpret data and produce reports using quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Acquire data from multiple sources and maintain data systems
- Identify trends in complex datasets and communicate insights
- Cleanse data and review data quality issues impacting capture or architecture
- Develop Power BI reports/dashboards and provide analytical insights to stakeholders
- Support value-added financial and non-financial data for senior leadership and Firm initiatives
- Provide data support for FP&A, Partner compensation, profitability, and diversity and inclusion projects
- Deliver services to end users within agreed SLAs
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics or related field
- 2 years post-qualification experience in corporate financial management or financial reporting
- Hands-on experience with SAP Business Objects Enterprise Tools, Tableau, Power BI and other analytics tools
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with native SAP reporting capabilities
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities
- Good organizational skills and deadline management
- Strong interpersonal skills and fluent English (verbal and written)
