Our Technology Practice of Law Solutions department is dedicated to ensuring a superior user experience by delivering value-added solutions, implementing technology adoption strategies, developing strategic roadmaps, and managing stakeholder relationships. Main responsibilities:Provide technical and functional support to the business acting as an escalation point to resolve urgent and/or complex issues for all applications in the portfolioTake ownership of incidents or problems assigned and see these through to completion on a timely basisAssist the Product Manager with the analysis of applications and solutions and project-related tasksAssist with the development of standardization and rationalization plans and ensure products meet the changing needs of the business throughout the product lifecycleAssist with the proactive maintenance of systems by planning and adopting updates in a timely manner and determining the impact on existing operations by consulting with other IT teamsParticipate in projects for enhancements and changes necessary to meet evolving business requirements for managed productsMaintain application documentation in relevant knowledge repositories and provide training to Service & Support TeamsMaintain and improve professional and technical knowledge and keep abreast of innovations and changes relevant to the portfolioMaintain existing relationships with application providers within the product portfolioContribute to team efforts through communication, cooperation, and coordination with other IT teams, including Desktop Platforms, Security, and Technical Change ManagementUnderstand how legal and business professionals use applications within the portfolio, monitor licensing and adoption, and help ensure efficient utilization.Skills and experience:Advanced level experience with M365 Apps and M365 CopilotAwareness of and interest in technology trends relevant to the application portfolio, including AI agentsExposure to troubleshooting complex documents and the applications that create themKnowledge of M365 cloud platforms such as SharePoint and OneDriveExperience executing application updates and upgradesExperience with document productivity technology in a legal environment is highly desirableAble to build and maintain trusted relationships and open two-way communicationAble to work independently and as a cohesive member of a teamAble to effectively manage multiple tasks concurrentlyAble to learn new skills in a short period of timeExcellent analytical abilityUnderstanding of the importance of teamwork within both the immediate and broader IT teamAble to translate functional issues and questions into application solutionsDemonstrated ability to communicate professionally in business language, both orally and in writing, in EnglishFluent in written and spoken EnglishReports to: Associate Director, Legal Productivity SolutionsPosition type: SpecialistDevelopment framework: SpecialistBaker McKenzie empowers clients to compete in the global economy.
