Partner with the best

As a Project Coordinator , you will system‑load, drive, and coordinate Services project deliverables in line with defined requirements.

You will support the contractual and financial delivery of projects and act as a key interface across the business and, when required, with customers and management.

You will support the Project Manager in delivering successful outcomes for both the business and the customer.

As a Project Coordinator , you will be responsible for

  • Providing requirements across functions to plan, monitor, and execute project activities effectively.
  • Taking ownership of all coordination activities within project execution to ensure products and services meet business and customer requirements.
  • Ensuring clarity and alignment on all required scope and deliverables.
  • Ensuring compliance with competency, training, and capacity requirements to meet business and customer needs.
  • Supporting the Project Manager in monitoring KPIs to analyze performance and support improvement actions and plans.
  • Following and implementing all accounting, regulatory, and business‑required activities.
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional and global teams to align deliverables and share lessons learned.

To be successful in this role, you will

  • Have proven experience in project execution , ideally in a site‑based role.
  • Bring Oracle or ERP system knowledge .
  • Demonstrate experience collaborating with and motivating teams in an operational and matrix environment.
  • Show strong problem‑solving, process‑improvement, and analytical skills .
  • Communicate professionally and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Possess excellent written, reporting, and presentation skills .
