Overview
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead project execution within subsea oil & gas projects, particularly Production Control Systems (PCS).
This role ensures seamless integration of project scopes with highly technical subsea control system delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of subsea projects with accountability for project performance, cost, schedule, and quality.
- Develop and implement project strategies aligned with production control system project requirements.
- Manage delivery of Production Control Systems (PCS), ensuring integration of hardware, software, and communication systems.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and performance management.
- Ensure alignment between project scopes and overall system delivery plans.
- Drive governance through KPIs and performance reviews.
- Manage contract administration, including variations and claims.
- Collaborate with engineering teams for technical compliance.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and offshore regulations.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to system integration and projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- End‑to‑end Project Management experience in Subsea / Oil and Gas / Manufacturing sector.
- Experience with Production Control Systems (PCS).
- Knowledge of subsea system integration.
- Understanding of offshore HSE standards.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Experience with subsea control system suppliers.
- Knowledge of communication protocols and control architectures.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
