Our People & Culture Experience & Performance ("XP") team is responsible for shaping and executing the enterprise-wide people operations strategy that enhances the employee experience, nurtures local talents, ensures local compliance and encourages a high-performance culture.

We are seeking an experienced People and Culture Experience and Performance Partner (Country HR Business Partner) to join our dynamic team in Nailsea. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources including topics such as:

  • Employee relations (Grievances, Disciplinary and HR Investigations)
  • Talent and succession planning
  • Performance management
  • Compliance

This role will be instrumental in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a positive workplace culture, and managing employee relations effectively.

As a People and Culture- XP Partner, you will be responsible for:

  • A first point of contact for employees & people leaders who provides leadership, coaching and support for individual employee needs & HR processes in the Country.
  • Assisting in executing core P&C processes such as employee employment agreements, promotions, salary adjustments, and internal movements.
  • Connecting with local talent and implementing the talent management agenda in the country.
  • Coaching and supporting people leaders.
  • Assisting with workforce planning and talent reviews.
  • Helping implement employee engagement initiatives and regional P&C projects at the local level.
  • Supporting the communication and implementation of country-specific HR policies and procedures.
  • Monitoring updates to local labor legislation and elevating relevant changes to the XP Leader.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and assisting in preparing documentation for audits or inspections.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for employee queries related to P&C policies, performance, and workplace concerns.
  • Assisting in coordinating disciplinary and grievance procedures in collaboration with the XP Leader and L&ER CoE.
  • Helping facilitate Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and follow-up actions as needed.
  • Supporting restructuring, RIF, and M&A processes by preparing documentation and coordinating logistics under the direction of the XP Leader.
  • Assisting in site assessments and labor office inspections, ensuring readiness and compliance.
  • Liaising with HR Shared Services, Payroll, and other P&C teams to resolve employee issues and ensure smooth service delivery.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or CIPD with experience in Human Resources (as HR generalist or HRBP).
  • Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Have a strong understanding of labour laws, employee relations, and HR best practices.
  • Have experience within an Industrial/manufacturing/digital technology domain (preferred).
  • Be proactive with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Have a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Have adaptability and a willingness to embrace change.
