Mobilisation Lead , you will be responsible for ensuring equipment and tools are maintained in optimal condition and available for operational requirements.
You will supervise maintenance activities, support manufacturing operations, and lead a small operational unit while driving continuous improvement in processes, procedures, and equipment performance.
As a Mobilisation Lead, you will be responsible for
- Ensuring equipment and tools are maintained in a safe and operational condition for use.
- Proposing and supporting preventive maintenance plans and corrective maintenance actions.
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing internal factory equipment.
- Supervising employees performing maintenance and tool-making activities.
- Leading the exchange of operational data and information related to equipment performance, process improvements, and procedural enhancements.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives focused on products, processes, and procedures.
- Managing standardized manufacturing and operational processes while applying appropriate planning and decision‑making practices.
- Leading a small manufacturing or operational unit with responsibility for budgets exceeding
