As our Employer Brand & Content Creator, you will help bring our employer brand to life and showcase what makes Baker Hughes exceptional.

Supporting our Talent Acquisition team, you will contribute to communications, social media, content creation, and employer branding initiatives that help candidates and employees connect with our purpose and culture.

You will help tell the stories of our people, our teams, and the impact we make on the world.

You will play an active role in ensuring our employer brand reflects the experiences that matter most to employees and candidates across every stage of the talent journey.

  • As an
  • Intern – Employer Brand & Content Creator , you will be responsible for:
  • Creating engaging content to support Talent Acquisition and employer branding initiatives.
  • Sharing authentic employee stories that showcase the Baker Hughes culture, purpose, and opportunities.
  • Managing and creating content for social media channels to attract and engage talent.
  • Developing employer branding guides, resources, and materials with internal and external partners.
  • Producing multimedia content including videos, blogs, podcasts, and employee testimonials.
  • Ensuring all content aligns with employer branding standards, messaging, and tone of voice.
  • Partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, communications teams, and employee ambassadors to identify and amplify stories.
  • Supporting initiatives that enhance inclusion, belonging, employee advocacy, candidate experience, and maintain employer brand resources.

To be successful in this role you will

  • Be currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Media, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
  • Have a passion for storytelling, communications, branding, marketing, and talent attraction.
  • Be confident using digital tools, social media platforms, and content creation software.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be creative, curious, and comfortable developing content across multiple channels.
  • Enjoy collaborating with diverse teams and building relationships with stakeholders.
  • Have an interest in social media, video production and employee engagement.
  • Have a growth mindset, a willingness to learn, and a desire to make an impact.
