As a Coating Technician, you will be an integral part of the operations team delivering a quality product safely. You will:
- Co-ordinate and deliver to plan to meet business needs while ensuring all relevant controls and requirements are in place effectively.
- Develop and implement processes where required and support across the functions.
- Work across the functions to plan and monitor activities to support and execute effectively.
- Take ownership of all Coating activities to ensure our products and services meet business and customer requirements.
- Be compliant and aligned with competency, training, and capacity to meet business and customer requirements.
- Support the Operations team in KPI's to analyse and measure performance to assist with improvements and action plans.
- Follow and implement compliance to all internal and external procedures and legislation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams where required to align and support deliverables while sharing lessons learned.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have proven experience in coating processes.
- Show experience of collaboration within an operational and matrix environment.
- Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate professionally and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Have excellent written, reporting and presentation skills.
- Demonstrate good basic computer skills to support production reporting, documentation, and system updates.
