As a Cased Hole Tractor & Logging Engineer , you will provide technical expertise to support the delivery of offshore well intervention and logging projects.

You will play an essential role in deploying cased hole logging and tractor services, delivering high-quality operational execution, and ensuring excellent customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Executing cased hole logging and downhole tractor operations while ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery.
  • Rigging up, testing, maintaining, and deploying downhole tools and logging systems at the wellsite.
  • Coordinating with offshore crews, customers, and onshore Operations Managers to ensure successful job planning and execution.
  • Acquiring downhole data, generating logs, preparing technical reports, and maintaining accurate operational documentation.
  • Interpreting logging data, troubleshooting operational challenges, and providing technical recommendations during wellsite operations.
  • Supporting equipment testing, maintenance, and quality control activities to ensure operational readiness and reliability.
  • Participating in technical training and continuous development programs to enhance product knowledge and operational competence.
  • Promoting a strong culture of safety, operational excellence, teamwork, and customer satisfaction while adhering to all Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will

  • Have an HND, bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Have relevant experience in cased hole logging, wireline operations, downhole tractor services, or related well intervention activities.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of oilfield wireline, logging, and tractor operations and associated service delivery processes.
  • Have experience with downhole data acquisition, logging interpretation, troubleshooting, and wellsite support activities.
  • Possess excellent communication skills and be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of QHSE standards and a proven commitment to safe working practices.
  • Be capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic offshore environment.
  • Have a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach, along with a positive attitude, flexibility, and a growth mindset.
