  • Work closely with Structural Engineers and multidisciplinary design teams to deliver coordinated and buildable solutions.
  • Ensure all drawing outputs meet project requirements, relevant standards and company quality procedures.
  • Review and check your own work, as well as supporting quality reviews of junior team members' outputs.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers and external consultants.
  • Review supplier and subcontractor drawings to ensure compliance with design intent.
  • Support BIM delivery and contribute to the development of digital engineering best practice.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior technicians and trainees.
  • Participate in technical meetings and represent the structural team when required.

  • Knowledge of current UK standards, regulations and industry best practice.
  • Experience working within BIM-led projects and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to technical accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver work to programme deadlines.
  • EngTech or working towards professional accreditation.
  • Experience working on projects within aviation, defence, industrial, infrastructure or life sciences sectors.
  • Previous experience supervising or mentoring junior technicians.
