About Our Graduate Programme

At BakerHicks we offer a dynamic two-year Graduate scheme - an exceptional launchpad for your career as a future Chartered Architect. Our program uniquely combines technical expertise with professional development through two enriching learning journeys. What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating designs and highly detailed drawings and design solutions using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications.
• Quality generation and delivery of design documents and drawings to support the architectural team.
• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary design team to contribute to the delivery of safe, efficient, and constructible design solutions.

2:1 in a relevant Engineering degree, such as Architecture that provides you with either a recognised RIBA Part I or Part II qualification.

Our commitment is to develop, train, and retain our graduates for the long term.
