Senior Quantity Surveyor
Are you a skilled Quantity Surveyor with a passion for delivering excellence in procurement and contract administration? Join BakerHicks and become a key part of our project delivery teams across challenging and innovative engineering projects. You’ll lead procurement and subcontract management, drive value through smart negotiations, and support contract compliance across various sectors.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead the procurement process from tendering to contract award
• Administer subcontracts and manage variations, claims, and payments
• Collaborate closely with project teams and clients
• Provide expert guidance on IChemE, JCT, NEC3 & NEC4 contracts
What you Bring:
• 5+ years in procurement/contract management (construction or engineering)
• RICS-qualified (or working toward it) with a degree in Quantity Surveying
• Strong working knowledge of standard forms of contract
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and risk management skills
• Experience in EPCM or regulated sectors.
