As Senior / Principal Architect - Life Sciences you will have experience in delivering projects from concept to detailed design in the life science sector for both laboratories and GMP manufacturing facilities. You will be part of an enthusiastic and committed team of Architects and Technicians who will deliver high quality output on projects.

To be successful you will exhibit high levels of creativity, imagination, vision and enthusiasm to produce distinctive architectural solutions and have a good knowledge in the production of technical details and specifications.

Key Purpose

Time, cost, quality and resource and delivery management including communication with the department and management to ensure that resource, project and customer requirements are clearly understood and met.

Manage and oversee the preparation of enquiry plans, tender reviews, fee estimate sheets, scopes of work and change controls. Monitoring of project fee spend and delivery of commercial objectives including CVR management. Manage Cost of Further Works and resource plans.

Each project is different. Our multi-disciplinary project delivery approach ensures that our schemes are not only compliant and safe but also that they are fluid and dynamic to allow for reconfiguration and expansion as the market evolves.

Many of the positions within our company are subject to security clearance. This means that your eligibility for certain roles may be affected by various factors. The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain security clearance for this role as required by our clients and sectors.
