BakerHicks is looking for a Chartered Senior Structural Engineer to lead and deliver complex projects across Defence, Nuclear, Power, and other regulated sectors. You'll take ownership of structural designs, lead technical packages, and mentor and develop junior engineers, all while working in highly regulated, technically demanding environments. Ability to obtain DV security clearance (or above) is essential.

- Lead structural designs from concept to construction

What we're looking for
- Chartered Structural Engineer (CEng / MIStructE)
- Experience in Defence, Nuclear, Power, or similar regulated sectors
- Strong technical judgement and delivery experience
- Confident, decisive, and proactive
- Proven experience mentoring and guiding junior engineers
- Ability to obtain security clearance to be able to work in regulated sectors such as Defence or Nuclear
