We are inviting Expressions of Interest from Chartered Principal Structural Engineers to join our Warwick office, supporting delivery across complex, safety-critical projects. This role suits an engineer with strong technical judgement and leadership capability, comfortable working to robust standards, governance, and assurance requirements. You will lead structural design, provide technical direction, and mentor engineers within multidisciplinary teams.
What we are looking for:
- Chartered Structural Engineer (CEng – ICE or IStructE)
- Eligibility to obtain UK Security Clearance
- Experience leading and approving structural designs
- Ability to mentor and develop junior engineers
- Confidence working within structured quality and assurance frameworks
- Experience in regulated industries welcomed but not essential
