As the need for robust digital delivery continues to grow, we are strengthening our BIM capability, creating an exciting opportunity for a BIM Information Manager to join our collaborative and innovative team. In this role, you’ll work closely with architects, engineers, project managers and digital specialists to shape BIM delivery across the business. You’ll ensure projects benefit from well‑coordinated models, consistent processes and high‑quality data. As a BIM Information Manager, you will be a hands‑on digital delivery professional with strong experience coordinating BIM models and managing information workflows on complex, multi‑disciplinary projects. You will enjoy working collaboratively across teams, ensuring information is accurate, compliant and aligned with project requirements. You are proactive, technically confident and committed to maintaining high standards in BIM delivery. You’ll also play a key role in supporting early‑career colleagues and promoting best practice across the business.
Your experience will ideally include:
- Delivering coordinated BIM models, model federations and structured data such as COBie
- Strong working knowledge of BIM standards and processes, including EIRs, BEPs and ISO 19650
- Experience running BIM coordination meetings, reporting, validation and compliance checks
- Proven capability setting up and managing Common Data Environments (CDEs)
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
- Confidence in providing BIM technical support, training or mentoring
Deliverables:
- Supporting and shaping project BIM delivery alongside multi‑disciplinary design teams
- Ensuring models, data and workflows remain accurate, coordinated and fully compliant
- Setting up and managing project BIM environments and CDE configurations
- Liaising with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and enhance coordination
- Championing best practice, quality and digital consistency across projects
- Supporting training, mentoring and development within the BIM and wider project team

The successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate level of security clearance or assurance level for this role, in line with client and sector requirements. In some cases, additional nationality or residency criteria may also apply due to specific client or national security obligations.
