Our multi-disciplined BIM/REVIT team is growing and as such, an opportunity has opened for a Revit Technician – Building Services.
This opportunity is appropriate for someone who understands Building Services Engineering, project documentation, working within the requirements of the project BIM execution plan. You will be responsible for generating high quality, accurate and detailed design packages.
About you
You will have the ability to work under the supervision of a Senior Technician to produce 2D & 3D deliverables from concept through to fully co-ordinated detailed design.

- High level of proficiency in the use of AutoCAD 2D and 3D software including AutoCAD and REVIT as a minimum.

Key Purpose
- To be responsible for discrete packages of work under the supervision of a Senior Engineer or Senior Technician
- To provide appropriate levels of Building Servicesdesign coordination, drawing and modelling to a range of different projects.
Requirements
- High level of proficiency in the use of AutoCAD 2D and 3D software including AutoCAD and Revit as a minimum.
- Essential technical experience in the use of Revit MEP.
- Understanding coordination and installation of Mechanical Building Services systems including HVAC and public health and their interfaces with other building disciplines
- Working knowledge of one or more of the following software
- MagiCAD
