At BakerHicks, we’re always on the lookout for talented Geotechnical Engineers, from graduates starting their careers to experienced Principals and Associates, to join our dynamic, multi-disciplinary Ground Engineering teams.
As part of our Geotechnical group, you’ll contribute to complex, high-profile schemes across transportation, energy, life sciences, industrial, and major public infrastructure. You’ll work alongside nationally recognised experts to deliver innovative, sustainable, and technically robust solutions, helping clients tackle everything from ground investigations to advanced foundation design.
- Planning and supervising site investigations
- Foundation, slope stability, earthworks, and retaining structures design
- Ground movement assessments and geotechnical risk management
- Using industry software such as Plaxis, Wallap, or similar
- Collaborating with civil, structural, and environmental engineering teams
- Leading projects, teams, or client relationships (for Senior/Associate levels)
