About Our Graduate Programme

At BakerHicks we offer a dynamic two-year Graduate Programme - an exceptional launchpad for your career as a future Chartered Civil or Structural Engineer. Our program uniquely combines technical expertise with professional development through two enriching learning journeys. What You’ll Be Doing

• Producing deliverables associated with the design and build of complex Overhead Line Projects for some of the main high voltage transmission and distribution clients in the UK and abroad, covering both contractors and asset owners.
• Contributing to the preparation of enquiry plans, tender reviews, fee estimate sheets, scope of work documents and change control documentation as required.
• Developing an understanding of CDM regulations and applying the requirements in all design work.

Our commitment is to develop, train, and retain our graduates for the long term.
