Our commitment is to develop, train, and retain our graduates for the long term. Therefore, BakerHicks are unable to consider applications from candidates who are working under the Graduate visa route or other time-limited visas, regardless of their duration, due to their temporary status and the future sponsorship requirements under the Skilled Worker route, set out by the UKVI. This decision follows recent changes to the Skilled Worker visa regulations introduced by the UK Government in July 2025. However, we welcome applications from candidates who are eligible under alternative UK immigration routes that do not require Skilled Worker sponsorship now or at any point in the future. Additionally, many of the positions within our company are subject to security clearance. This means that your eligibility for certain roles may be affected by various factors.
