Role Summary
As a Design Manager, you’ll lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams to deliver safe, high-quality, and innovative solutions for Utilities & Renewables projects. You’ll be the trusted link between technical disciplines, project management, and client teams—ensuring designs are robust, compliant, and aligned with project goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and inspire teams through all design stages, from concept to construction handover.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Champion integrated design using BIM and digital tools to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards while promoting sustainable practices.
