Role Summary
As a Project Manager, you’ll lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex, high-value projects. You’ll be the trusted link between clients, partners, and internal teams ensuring projects run smoothly and meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on medium-large scale projects with confidence and clarity.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, fostering trust and transparency.
- Champion collaboration across diverse teams and disciplines.
- Ensure compliance with NEC contracts while keeping projects on track and within budget.
- Drive continuous improvement and encourage innovative solutions.
- Act as the primary client interface, building strong relationships and resolving issues.
- Support Senior PMs and Project Directors in wider project delivery initiatives.
About You
- Experienced project manager with a background in Utilities, Renewables, or Infrastructure.
- Skilled communicator who values teamwork and inclusion.
- Knowledge of NEC contracts and project governance.
