The Opportunity
BakerHicks has built an exciting, substantial programme of works with our Nuclear & Defence clients with continued expansion anticipated in the future. With locations including London, Warwick, Manchester and Motherwell we have offices and opportunities that align with key Defence and Nuclear clients across the UK.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage end‐to‐end delivery of projects within compliance‐critical environments
- Manage stakeholders across cross‐functional and technical teams
- Oversee risk management, change control, and quality governance
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to defined quality standards
- Prepare clear documentation and reporting for internal and external stakeholders
- Foster a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing complex projects in regulated industries (Nuclear, Defence, Energy, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience in structured project delivery and effective stakeholder engagement
- Expertise in risk management, change control, and quality assurance
- Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, APM, NEC) and sector‐specific certifications are advantageous
- Ability to thrive in multidisciplinary, compliance‐focused teams
