We’re looking for a Structural Engineer who’s detail-driven, technically sharp, and ready to make an impact across a diverse project portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who is 1–2 years away from achieving chartership and looking to join a company that offers the support, exposure, and project experience needed to get them over the line and progress into a Senior-level position.

You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality structural engineering designs as part of an integrated project team:

  • Producing detailed structural calculations and analysis to current British Standards and Eurocodes
  • Creating and checking sketches, drawings and technical deliverables to company and client quality standards
  • Supporting and mentoring CAD technicians, trainees and graduates
  • Promoting quality, accuracy and Perfect Delivery across every project

You’re someone who thrives on technical accuracy, teamwork and good engineering judgement:

  • A Master’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (or a Bachelor’s with willingness to complete further learning)
  • Experience designing with steel, concrete, timber and/or masonry
  • AutoCAD proficiency (2D/3D); Revit experience is a bonus
  • A full UK driving licence and eligibility for security/airside clearance
