What You’ll Do

  • Design and deliver highways and civil engineering works in line with current standards and regulations
  • Manage design packages, ensuring time, cost, and quality objectives are met
  • Produce drawings, specifications, and technical reports
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, buildable solutions
  • Support and mentor early-career engineers

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Working toward Chartered or Incorporated status (ICE or equivalent)
  • Experience delivering highways and civil engineering designs
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD
  • Drainage and SuDS design experience (InfoWorks / MicroDrainage)
  • Knowledge of key UK highways and active travel standards
  • Strong communication and report-writing skills
  • Eligible for UK security clearance and full UK driving licence
