About Our Graduate Programme
Our two‑year Graduate Programme is an exceptional launchpad for your career as a future Chartered High Voltage Engineer. The programme combines technical expertise with professional development, offering on‑the‑job training, mentorship and exposure to industry‑leading projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Producing designs, calculations, reports and drawings for new and modified Extra High Voltage (EHV) projects ranging from 11kV to 400kV.
- Preparing bonding line diagrams, cable rating assessments, induced voltage analyses, short circuit force evaluations, thermo‑mechanical thrust calculations, pulling tension assessments, and developing material specification lists.
- Contributing to health and safety reviews and hazard identification in accordance with the CDM regulations, with a focus on sustainability and environmental compliance.
