Key Requirements
- Solid experience in quantity surveying within consultancy or construction
- Expertise in cost planning, procurement, and commercial strategy
- Familiarity with NEC contracts and multidisciplinary collaboration
- A proactive, solutions‑focused approach to delivery
- Willingness to be on site up to four times a week to stay close to the action
