Our BIM & Digital Engineering Team

Our BIM and Digital Engineering teams play a critical role in driving consistency, quality, and innovation across our project delivery. We are focused on embedding best-in-class BIM practices, ensuring alignment with ISO 19650 standards, and supporting fully coordinated, data-driven project environments. Working across multi-disciplinary teams, our BIM Information Managers are key in setting strategy, establishing standards, and ensuring effective model coordination across complex programmes of work. We also take our BIM capability to market, working directly with end-user clients to define clear BIM requirements and supporting contractors in managing BIM delivery through effective engagement with their supply chain.

The Opportunity

We are building a talent pool of experienced contract BIM Information Managers to support upcoming and future project requirements across our UK portfolio. This is an Expression of Interest (EOI) rather than a live vacancy. However, it will operate as an active recruitment process, with opportunities to engage directly with our teams to discuss your experience and suitability for future contract work. Successful candidates will be added to a pre-qualified, verified contractor pool, enabling faster engagement as project needs arise.

What We’re Looking For

  • A strong track record in BIM Information Management across large, complex, multi-disciplinary projects and regulated sectors
  • Experience providing BIM consultancy support, engaging with clients and helping define clear requirements
  • Ability to produce and manage key BIM deliverables and documentation in alignment with ISO19650
  • Practical experience establishing, managing and monitoring various Common Data Environments
  • Strong model coordination, asset data delivery, COBie and handover experience, with the ability to check reporting outputs for quality, compliance and customer requirements
  • Confidence in chairing BIM meetings and working effectively with design, construction and supply chain teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain complex BIM requirements clearly to internal and external audiences
  • A proactive approach to BIM software, digital tools, training, process improvement and the implementation of new technologies
