At BakerHicks we offer a dynamic two-year Graduate scheme - an exceptional launchpad for your career as a future Civil or Structural Engineer. Our program uniquely combines technical expertise with professional development through two enriching learning journeys. From day one, you'll benefit from a personalised on-the-job training plan tailored to the Civil & Structural department. What You’ll Be Doing

• Contributing to the development of civil and structural designs that fulfil project requirements, satisfy client specifications, and address the needs of end users.
• Working with a team including other disciplines to produce safe, efficient, sustainable and buildable solutions.
• Provide project delivery by performing calculations manually and with industry-standard software, collaborating with technicians to develop sketches and CAD drawings, and ensuring all designs comply with our rigorous quality standards.

Achieving a degree in civil, structural or architectural engineering or a related field.
