What You’ll Be Doing

  • Reviewing BIM models to extract asset information.
  • Assisting in the development and maintenance of asset registers in accordance with client requirements and industry standards.
  • Supporting data analysis activities using Excel, Power BI and other digital tools.
  • Facilitating site-based asset tagging and verification exercises.
  • Contributing to the collection and analysis of asset data used for lifecycle planning and investment modelling.

Degree in Building Services Engineering, Asset Management, Facilities Management, Engineering or a related discipline such as Building Information Modelling (BIM) with a view to exploring Asset Management.
