As our team has grown and exciting projects have landed, we have opportunities for a Senior Revit Technician to become a member of our friendly, supportive, and creative team of Technicians to support the electrical engineering team.
What you will do:
- Collaborating with clients, other disciplines, and members of the design team to deliver safe, efficient and buildable solutions that promote and achieve excellent service through Perfect Delivery.
- Keeping up to date with design trends and ensuring quality of delivery when producing or updating drawings to internal and/or customer standards.
- Producing detailed electrical service drawings as well as schematics in Revit/CAD.
- Carrying out clash detections of the Revit model and producing solutions to any clashes found.
- Ensuring thorough checking and accuracy of deliverables and record documentation.
- Participating in knowledge sharing across team and locations.
- Providing feedback to the management team to ensure achievable delivery dates and resources.
- Representing Baker Hicks in external project technical meetings if required.
- Reviewing specialist subcontractors/suppliers production BIM models and drawings for compliance with design intent.
About You:
- Detailed experience working on Revit MEP Software.
- Experience in coordinating models across a multi-disciplinary design team.
