We are seeking an ambitious Audit Manager or Senior Manager to play a key leadership role within our growing Assurance and Advisory department. Your Role
- Lead and manage a portfolio of audit clients and multiple concurrent engagements, ensuring technical excellence and high-quality delivery.
- Build trusted client relationships, acting as a commercial and strategic adviser.
- Review engagement files and provide on-the-job coaching and direction to ensure quality standards are met.
- Develop and mentor team members, fostering capability and progression.
- Contribute to business development, recruitment, strategy initiatives, and firm-wide projects.
- Drive operational excellence and compliance with professional standards.
- Progress along a clearly defined pathway to Director and equity participation, including assisted equity purchase for the right individual.
What You’ll Bring
- ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification, with strong post-qualification experience.
- Proven track record with 2+ years operating at Manager or Senior Manager level within professional services.
- Strong technical expertise in UK GAAP, with IFRS experience advantageous.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive business development mindset.
