Our supervisors work with the store manager, team, and wider business to fulfil our vision of: Honest, good mood food, crafted coffee, and drinks – proudly served, delivering soul at scale. Supervisors do this through collaboration with the team to fulfil our mission: Good is always served. To curate quality product and welcoming environments, to secure the return visit. To always be good for colleagues and customers.

As a Supervisor you will need to demonstrate these values daily by being flexible & working where the team needs you most. Our Supervisors are masters in customer service and strive to make a positive difference to every customer's day. They are proud to serve our amazing food to our customers, producing our range of delicious drinks and crafting our beautiful coffees. You will champion your team to ensure that SOHO brand standards & high product quality are met & delivered every time. Our Supervisors ensure that our customers are really well looked after by running a brilliant shift. You’ll share our passion and personality with our customers and our team, so together you can create a fantastic environment to work in.
