Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday - Flexi Working Hours

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Practice Finance Manager to join a respected professional services firm. This is a key role where you will manage financial operations, lead a small team, and work closely with senior stakeholders to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Month-end and year-end processes
  • Payroll and VAT compliance
  • Process improvements and efficiency initiatives
  • Supporting strategic decision-making

What We are Looking For

  • CIMA qualified or equivalent experience
  • Strong finance management background
  • Proficiency with Sage, knowledge of QuickBooks, and Xero
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
