About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Practice Finance Manager to join a respected professional services firm. This is a key role where you will manage financial operations, lead a small team, and work closely with senior stakeholders to drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Month-end and year-end processes
- Payroll and VAT compliance
- Process improvements and efficiency initiatives
- Supporting strategic decision-making
What We are Looking For:
- CIMA qualified or equivalent experience
- Strong finance management background
- Proficiency with Sage, knowledge of QuickBooks, and Xero
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
