The Role

As Telephone Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting and growing intermediary relationships. You’ll work closely with Key Account Managers to achieve a team target, act as a trusted point of contact, and confidently deliver training via webinars to support product understanding and maximise engagement. This is a newly created role as this team is growing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and developing a portfolio of accounts
  • Identifying opportunities to drive growth and following up warm leads
  • Supporting events and maintaining regular communication across channels
  • Delivering engaging online training sessions
  • Building strong internal relationships to ensure a joined‑up customer experience
  • Committing to ongoing learning and professional development

What You’ll Bring
